I got approved for my work visa 3rd one and after two hours another approved for my residency.

I have applied for residency this year (holding 2nd partnership based visa)

I applied on the 28th March (through LIA paper application) payment was deducted on 9th May, LIA came back to me on 17th May needed to fill out partners family details. Haven’t heard anything since.

My partnership work visa will expire on 8th December so hoping to hear back before then. But it is good to know that people have been granted a 3rd partnership work visa, although I’d rather not pay for a 3rd if it can be helped!

In theory, a third partner-sponsored work visa isn't something INZ do - if partners are still a couple, they're expected to apply for partner-sponsored residence instead. BUT if INZ themselves are the cause of a delay in granting that residence, in those circumstances INZ DO give a third work visa.

Hey guys got case officer on 13 June she has completed my internal assessment and just want my latest mails and proofs that we live together and took my parents interview on 14 June I emailed her on Friday if I need third partnership work visa to apply coz I have only 2 months of visa left she didn't email me back hoping for residence visa in now fingers crossed
