Can any CO will ask query regarding Emails evidence

I applied for an residency under SMC (Operational Manger position) and still waiting for CO to assigned to my file , just wondering will the case officer ask to me or my employer to give the evidence of my Official emails circulation to clients and colleagues?

Probably no since that information is confidential. CO will be interested only in the statement of service and IRD summary of earnings.
