Variaotion of Travel Conditions

Hi Everyone,
I have resident visa and Activated on 8th June 2017 but due to father health condition in my station I cant come back to New Zealand until 1st June 2019 and presently staying in Auckland.

So can I apply for variation of travel conditions from India even with expired travel conditions? travelling India after completing 184+ days here in New Zealand.
My 24 months resident visa travel conditions will expire on 8th June 2019.

Resident Visa Activation - 8th June 2017 (Left to India on 16th June 2019)
Return to New Zealand - 1st June 2019
Return back to India - 10th Dec 2019
Applying for Variation of Travel Conditions -11th Dec 2019

Incidentally, I don't understand your dates as you've written them.
