To take a ridiculously extreme example, suppose you were employed by a stupidly indulgent boss (your godfather, or your best friend, say), who paid you the threshold rate of $37.50 an hour and, for that, only required you to wash his car once a week, it would be hard to convince INZ that you had a skilled job.
