Visa Handling Fee

I need to send our passports (5 in the family) to VAC for final processing for our AIP SMC visas. There is a “visa handling” fee associated with the processing. Is this a one off fee for the application or is it per passport associated with the application (times 5 in our case) thanks!

But I did notice that your SMC is approved in 2 weeks time, wow that is really fast.
