Question EOI & ITA Submitted in June - 2019

    Hi,

I had submitted EOI & ITA on June 2019.

    EOI Submitted - 26 June 2019
    ITA Received - 27 June 2019
    ITA Documents Delivered - Penrose - 8 July 2019
    ITA Status - Pending - 12 July 2019
    ITA Status - Application Received - 15 July 2019
    ITA - Fee Deducted - 16 July 2019
    Lodgement Date - 8 July 2019
    Acknowledgement letter - 17 July 2019

It seems like the CO will only be allocated next year.

My marriage is fixed on Dec 2019, my queries are :

    1. Do I have to mention that , if the CO is allocated after Dec 19 as that will be a change from the initial application.

    2. Do I have to include her also in the application, as of my knowledge partner will be considered only after 12 months from the date of marriage?

    3. Will that delay the application ?

JandM , EGoodHue - Please advise.

    1. Yes.

    2. You have to TELL INZ that you have married, but you can't include your new wife in your application for Residence. She doesn't qualify as your partner yet.

    3. No. Getting a visa for your partner is a separate issue.

Latest INZ directive about getting a visa for a partner who is abroad and doesn't yet have much/any partership evidence. https://www.immigration.govt.nz/docu...lationship.pdf The visa she will probably need to apply for (because you haven't got residence yet - you're still a worker) alongside asking to be considered for a visitor visa. https://www.immigration.govt.nz/new-...k-visa-holders
