I'm sorry for that man, and for everyone affected, of course. From the posts on our threads here, we know that SOME of what he said isn't correct. Some people's partnership visas HAVE been issued by the Mumbai office. Also, the problems at INZ are NOT only (or even mainly) with partnership visas - we seem to be hearing of more delays with residence under SMC.
Anyway, I wish them a very successful demonstration. Everything that makes the difficulties and tension applicants are facing because of government manipulation of INZ, and brings it to the attention of NZ voters, is to be welcomed, I think. That said, the recent directive
