Parents visitor visa help needed in filling application

Hi,

I was trying to apply my parents visit visa online from my realme account as i had signed off the declaration form inz 1224 from them.
everything was going smooth and i got confused on this question. so looking for help.

do i select Assisting the applicant with recording information on the form as i m filling it for my parents online from my realme account

please help anyone who's gone through this step. many thanks in advance!

Select yes and then 2nd option exempt from licensing

just Rang INZ and they advised me to select Assisting the applicant with recording information on the form..

I would say when you have got advice from INZ itself, you should not worry now and follow instruction as they have said you.

When i applied my parents visa , I selected the option 2 which is exempt from licensing , I didn’t have any problem with that.
