My husband is working as a contractor under a recruitment company. He has a temporary individual contract which stated his work is 3 months or longer. His work is under long term skill shortage list. He been told by his direct superior which is recruitment company's client that they need him to work for at least more than 5 years. He is working as a contractor more than 10 months now. Is he eligible to claim points under skill employment?
