Question ITA received August - Some questions

    EOI sent 18/08/2019
    EOI selected 21/08/2019
    ITA received 22/08/2019

    Hi,

I just received ITA this morning and went through the document.

    Question one:

In guidance for partnership information, it says

    2. At least 3 of the following to show you have lived together for at least 12 months; and
    □ Joint tenancy agreements
    □ Joint ownership of a residential property
    □ Joint mortgage/loan documents
    □ Joint insurance policies
    □ Joint assets/liabilities
    □ bank statements, utility bills or other mail received at your home address. The document must state your or your partner’s name, the home address and a date. If it was addressed to you and your partner separately, you and your partner need to provide at least one document each, which were received at the same address with similar dates.
We have married for 2.5 years and been living together since. we only have Joint tenancy agreements and bank statements, utility bills or other mail received at your home address. , but we don't have other listed above. Is the 'At least 3' means have to provide at least three types of documents?

I have successfully applied for the partnership-based work visa for several times but "2. At least 3 of the following to show you have lived together for at least 12 months;" was not mentioned before.

    Question two:

My HR gave me another ANZSCO code for my job instead of the one I put in the application. (Personally I feel like both the codes match my job but I'll go with my hr).

Which means I'll need to amend the code in my application form. There's no enough space for amendment. Could I attached a letter and say in the amendment page 'see attachment'?

(The change of the code shouldn't affect my point.)

    Many thanks,
    Zoe

1.1 Three types that covers 12-month duration. Insurance is easy to get.

1.2 SMC for with partners follows the family - partnership category rules - https://www.immigration.govt.nz/opsmanual/#66837.htm

    2. The important thing is the job description. Check the job descriptions of two ANZSCOs, choose the one that relates more on your actual job description.

    SM6.10.5.1 Assessment of ‘substantial match’

Thanks for the answer and yea insurance is pretty easy but it wouldn't able to "show you have lived together for at least 12 months" (in my opinion).

I have looked into both ANZSCOs and they are quite similar but under different UNIT GROUP (both quite technical). Personally I would think A is better ‘substantial match’ but because HR has B in the company system so they will use that in the employer support form. In this case I will need to amend the ANZSCO code in my application form which I think would need a lot of space to explain.

And another tricky thing is even though HR have their own concerns and will not write A in the form, they agrees with me that my job more likely matches A and they're happy to provide a support letter stating that. In that case do I need to change it on the form?

Is there any one who had seen similar situation before? I understand no one except for immigration advisor (etc.) should give immigration advice but any replies will be appreciated!
