We know NZ PR expiry is Indefinite, for how long one may stay outside NZ holding PR visa. Are there any restrictions or time requirements for a PR holder to stay outside NZ. Apparently there are no restrictions on the sticker.

No, the deal with PR is that you can come back any time.
Being away for a long time could affect state pension.

will PR get suspended or revoked for being away for long time, say about 5 years.
