    Because to apply PR need to hold resident visa for exact 2 years which are going to complete next month

    That is incorrect. You must have held a resident visa for 2 years or more. It does not have to be exactly 2 years. Any time you satisfy the criteria (one of them being 2 years), you can apply. It is okay if it is more than 2 years.
