Medicals - Panel Doctors?

Hi all

Sorry just trying to get my head around a few things and looking for a bit of extra clarification if no one minds?
I have been looking into the medical side of things, looking at the immi site and stating that we are in the UK it comes up with a few Panel Physicians and radiologists etc around the country. Therefore am I right in thinking you cant just get this done via your normal GP practice and x-rays from the local hospitals?

If you have to get a chest x-ray or medical examination, you need to use a doctor or radiologist from our list of panel physicians.
