    Default Problems Contacting Immigration NZ

    I am having a problem contacting INZ by phone (calling from UK). I am calling the correct number but when I am given the options to speak to someone (i.e press 3 for working in NZ), it says it doesn't recognise my choice. I am trying to urgently chase up my husband's visa as mine has been approved but it has been nearly a week and still not heard about his. Does anyone know what's going on with the phone systems?

    Whichever key I press it says 'a valid selection has not been made', I've tried them all!
