Resident visa partner english qualification

Hi All,

I have lodged my resident visa to immigration NZ. However, at that moment my partner does not have english qualification and I choose pre pay ESOL in my application. My application has not assigned any officer yet. My wife will have her ielts test in one month.

My question is on this stage, would officer accept my wife's english test score?

Yes. Once your wife has a certificate showing she meets the English requirement, you can let INZ know and cancel the ESOL choice.
