    Looks like they are sending the same copy/paste response en mass. I too received the same vague response. Looks like delay tactics.

    Hey I got a unique one, I sent Penny some updated statistics and she thanked me... Then pasted the response. I'm special 😂

    A new update on the ongoing complaints today, there is movement and it's now being investigated on behalf of the chief ombudsman but they need to make further enquiries with INZ regarding the next step. No indication of time frames on this or what they are questioning but I'm assuming the movement to another investigation team and continued enquiries that the ombudsman is not entirely happy with the situation.

    I have tried to follow up on my complaint and below is what i have recieved.

    I cannot tell you how long the process will take. There is a significant amount of work that goes investigating complaints, and this is a complex matter.


    We will be making further enquiries with INZ. What happens next will depend on INZ’s response.
