    Default Visitor Visa for Elderly Parent

    Was wondering if anyone has applied for a Visitor Visa for a elderly parent. My wifes mum is 80 yrs old and lives in Indonesia. Atm she is in pretty good health. We have found an insurer for her.
    We were thinking of bringing her to Australia for a holiday , my wife lives here on a 461 Visa and then take her to visit my family in Napier ( Im Kiwi )...
    What process did you go though? or is it possible or not.

    Yes, this is perfectly possible - it's all on exactly the same terms as any visitor. https://www.immigration.govt.nz/new-...-visa#criteria My mother visited when she was 83.
