I'm only just beginning the Partnership Residence Visa application process, and I didn't realise that there was talk of quotas and whatnot. After reading this story and a few others I am now feeling pretty miserable about the whole thing. I wouldn't be surprised if the government brought in tough quotas that don't even cover the applications currently in the system, and me and my partner remain in limbo for ages

Karoro, taking up any form of application with INZ is a nightmare, we are sitting in queues since 7 months , have no clue what is happening, on ya feeling of distress and helplessness.
