If you make five posts in total, the forum will automatically switch on your ability to send Private Messages, then you can approach whatever member you like without your business appearing on a public thread. EGoodhue and ChrisMwn are LIAs who regularly contribute information on the forum. Either of those people will tell you if they can help you, and won't get into any action they would need to charge money for without your prior agreement. You could also approach directly any LIA on the official list https://iaa.ewr.govt.nz/PublicRegister/Search.aspx and ask for their terms.
