    Default Accredited Employer Query

    Hi,

My wife's employer is accredited but she fall under low skilled category.

Her annual salary is less than $79,560. So, she is applying under the essential skills category.

My question is does her employer has to fill Supplementary Form? The employer is providing certificate of accreditation.

    Your replies will be valuable.

    Thanks.

If you are applying for an Essential Skills Work Visa, you must meet all requirements, and follow all instructions for said visa.

Yes, if applying for an Essential Skills work visa, the INZ1113 needs to be completed by the employer (even if they are accredited). This form confirms and verifies a lot of the information about the role that INZ need to know for their assessment.
