Lodgement date of applications at the front of the main queue: 17 December 2018
Lodgement date of applications at the front of the priority queue: 27 November 2019

Status approved on your immi account usually comes first when INZ has decided your application. Any further communication will come later. So yes I believe you have been granted residency.

Are the CO clearing their own stack of applicants before taking on new ones ?
if not i dont understand what are they waiting for ?
they have already publish the new priority rules and should move the normal queue.
