The following is a link to the Visa Pak database - Visa Paks are memos sent out to all Immigration Officers when there is an update on how assessments should be made at an operational level (ie. policy hasn't changed but the way assessments are made have): https://www.immigration.govt.nz/abou...=&q=&s=dd&l=10. You'll see that a Visa Pak was issued on 13 May, giving advice to Immigration Officers on how to assess the labour market test post-Covid lockdown.
