just want to sharing what I received from INZ after I sent a email complaints about unfairness of allocating SMC application.

Please note the purpose of INZ’s complaints and feedback process does not include appealing individual immigration decisions or addressing any merits related grounds of a complaint. Complaints are considered ‘merits-based’ where a specific system or process issue or shortcoming is not identified - for example, claiming that the visa processing is unfair.
