Any idea about "ANZ Return to Work Program - Analyst, New Zealand"

Does anybody know what is this exactly? I applied for it previous month now they say that you progress to next stage. Is this a job?!

it’s a job being offered through a program for people who have been unemployed for 2 or more years…

“ANZ's Return to Work Program is designed for people who have taken a career break, or have been significantly underemployed, and would like support transitioning back into the workforce.

We are interested in people from diverse backgrounds who have taken two years or more off work for whatever reason.”
