    Default VOC on Essential skills work visa

    I have applied for VOC on my work visa, paper-based application
    I have got a new job as a software engineer and the company is not under an essential category
    But I have got a good pay above 106K, Don't know whether they will process it or not.
    The application is received by someone from the document office Penrose. Finger crossed now.
    I have my residency application under progress. Do my new employer needs to do the Labour test market and advertising and all?
    My role is under skill shortage, Long term skill shortage, My current visa is Essential Skill Work Visa, for 5 years (Sep 2022)
