    Default Alert Level 1

    New Zealand is moving towards Alert Level 1 midnight tonight.
    Everything is back to normal except the border is still closed.
    Hopefully the visa processing will pick up speed.

    Hi is there literally any sort of an idea how long essential skill visas will take to process?
    I am going to apply for it by the end of June, so worried right now

    Advice from the manager of the team that processes ESWV last week was that "low touch" applications (that is, straightforward applications that have all required documents submitted at the outset) could be processed within 2 months going forward.
