Hi,

I've been a permanent employee for 2 years now and planning to move to a contractual position on the same company, same job description. i have a pending SMC application submitted March 2019 and i was thinking if it will be affected? is it okay to take up a contractual position? I am just thinking it would mean i would be able to reach the priority application because of the pay wage, but does being a contractual( full time 12 months) have any bearing with the application?
