    I chased up my complaint with the Ombudsman but looks like they still haven't had a response from INZ yet!

    INZ told the Ombudsman that 90% of the responses take less than 17 months. They must be in the other 10%.

    They perhaps didn't say that 17 months do not include waiting period. That is how they are misleading everyone.

    Yeah that was what I was expecting. INZ will just keep delaying their response to the Ombudsman.

    There has been a lot of press movement today, the migrants NZ Facebook group seems to have really rallied to get more attention on the issue. There's also an email from fair go circulating to try and get consumer rights looked in to. This week's the first week I feel like there's a tiny glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel.

    how long you waited before ask ombudsman?
