Default Apply PRV when meeting several commitment requirements

    Hello all,

I am planning to apply for my Permanent Resident Visa, and now I recognize that I have met several commitments to New Zealand including:

    - I have lived most of the time in NZ over past 2 years (more than 184 days each year)
    - I have Tax Resident status
    - I have established base in New Zealand (have full time job and bought a home)

Should I tick only one criteria, say the first one or should I tick all 3 in my application?

    Thank you in advance!

You only need one, and the 'time in NZ' criterion is the easiest to have checked. For that, you don't need to submit any evidence, because INZ can see on their computer when your passport was checked out of the country and back again.
