When asked for additional information after submitting an eMedical, you can go to your own doctor or specialist for this. The doctors doing eMedicals work on a private basis, and are certainly entitled to charge for their services. The doctor/specialist who knows you may perhaps supply the information free, or they may charge for it, depending on the norms in the system you're under. The point is, this information is for your purpose in dealing with INZ, and not part of treating your condition(s).
