SMC EOI edit

Hi all,

I am aware that SMC EOI is temporarily postponed by INZ. However, I had submitted SMC EOI though it will sit there until INZ processing resumes.

Is it possible that I could EDIT and Re-SUBMIT????

Does EDITING means I have to pay the fee again?

My contract is 40hours weekly but because of the pandemic it is reduced to 30 hours weekly? Is this still falling in the SMC criteria for full time employment?

You don't have to pay to do that.

INZ consider 30 hours per week (and above) as full-time employment. https://www.immigration.govt.nz/opsmanual/#66788.htm (various places on that page)

Just make sure the 'status' of your EOI is showing as "Submitted" once you have edited and saved it. If it's not showing as "Submitted" then it's not in the Pool and won't be selected.
