    Default Changing of LIA

    Good Day !

I am thinking to change my LIA who does not bother much to reply my emails / inquiries. Can any one guide me the procedure, please.

What I want to appoint another LIA ? Or what if I chose to get directly involved with INZ?

Any feedback from will be highly appreciated.

    Thanks

Both you and your new LIA will need to complete the INZ 1160 form and lodge it with INZ.

Not a clue, sorry. Couldn't find any information on INZ's website either. Presumably there is a process for this too, though.

Other forum members have managed this by writing/emailing INZ saying that they are formally withdrawing their consent for the LIA to work on their behalf, so all communications are to come to you. You remember, you originally had to fill in part of the form to say Mr Whoever would be working for you, so a further communication lets them know that that is no longer to be the case.

Thank you so much JandM. Shall I write straight to my CO or INZ?

In your place, I would write to the CO directly.
