It is entirely dependant on your situation. Questions may be as little as do you still work there but they can ask anything including for the employer to prove they are financially stable sending in their accounts in. I would say generally step 1 is so you still work there and what do you do to be needed. Beyond that is entirely situational and depend in if they have any suspicions about foul play or the genuineness of your application.
