Question Address to send updated documents to Manakau office

I want to courier updated documents to the Manakau office.
My ITA letter states to send documents to this address:
    DX Box EP71514
    20 Fairfax avenue
    Penrose

Is this the correct address if application is with Manakau office?

Assuming that this is for a Skilled Migrant Category Resident Visa (since you mentioned "ITA") then, according to the INZ fees and office finder, the correct address is:

    Post

    Immigration New Zealand
    PO Box 76895
    Manukau City
    Auckland 2241
    New Zealand

    Courier

    Immigration NZ
    DX Box: EP71514
    20 Fairfax Avenue
    Penrose
    Auckland 1061
    New Zealand

Are you guys sending updated documents before CO is allocated? I was thinking I would do same so that it would expedite processing once CO is allocated. My lodgment date is March 2019. Any suggestions?

    Thanks

You should use the fees and office finder, linked above, to find the correct location to send your documents to. It generally depends on what you are applying for, and where you are applying from.

Yes, I just want to send some updated payslips, IRD and I was able to acquire a CITPNZ certificate, so I am thinking to send it even though I don't have a CO yet.

I also want to courier - to track it
perhaps the Penrose address has someone signing as acceptance and the other address do not

When asked for more details by our co we had to send to Penrose so I think it you are using a courier that will find it's way to the SMC team at Manukau.
