Just an update from my frnd, I thought I shall share it here to ENZ family-

My colleague was calling INZ call center daily for a updates as her CO was not replying her emails. Her CO once contacted her on 28 August to provide IRD summary and after that COMPLETE SILENCE.

My friend whenever called INZ call center, they would say “your case is still under process with the case officer” and today she received AIP email. We were in office once she cried like Oh God. So it mean;
1- It not must that CO will tell you about every step s/he takes
2- Not even once a/he completes assessment and sending it for quality check

The only strange thing is , why INZ did not know that assessment was completed and was sitting with 2pc for quality check. Could be CO did not make a note in data base or INZ call center guys were not reading that update properly.

Might be useful for many to release stress level 😄
