Promotion to a senior position on ESV

Hi

My manager is re-doing my JD and there is a possibilty that my job title can be changed - which would look good on my CV.
Do I have to apply for a new ESV if the title changes from xxx to Senior xxx? The ANZSCO will remain the same.

Job TITLES don't matter to INZ, as long as the job DESCRIPTION will still fit in with the description given at the ANZSCO listing.

Thanks JandM. My work Visa states i can only work as xxx though. Assume as long as the JD still matches the ANZSCO, i don't require to do anything? Or do i have to still notify INZ?
