    Default Recruitment process in NZ

    my husband went for an interview on 20 Oct at one of NZ's top companies (awarded best employer award) and really had his hopes set on this job.
    As of today we have not had any feedback from the company, nearly a month after the interview.
    Is it standard practice for the recruitment process to take that long or is it a case of best employer not really having the decency to get back to you.
    That is what it feels like and is really disappointing!

    I had been into around 10 interviews with NZ tech companies/recruiters. All of them gave the feedback with in a month. Though only a little of them stated clearly why I didn't get the job but it's OK just not let me wait forever.
