What about NSC check form 1209? Lots of applicants recently have been asked to provide, is it a mandatory too if relying on the time spent in New Zealand criterion?

Not a lot of information is publicly known about the NSC check. In any case, it's not a mandatory lodgement requirement -- INZ will ask for this if they decide it's needed.
