A friend of mine has applied in person 3 weeks ago, they told him that he will be receiving a letter soon by mail and processing times will be 5 to 7 months. However, he did not get anything yet neither by mail nor email, even no payment/application receipt email. He got nothing to relate to his application.

may I know which branch? happened to me as well but I did receive payment receipt but no acknowledgement/no nothing.
