Default No surname , NZ citizenship.

Hi all, I need some info if anyone has gone through same situation.
I am holder of Indian passport and my full name xxxx zzzzz is written in given name section on current passport.
The surname section on the passport is empty.
Now am applying for NZ citizenship, should I put my given name in First name and surname section in NZ citizenship form ? or should i put my whole given
name in surname section and leave the first name section blank

In your place, I would contact the Citizenship Office for guidance on the matter.

Immigration New Zealand must’ve already put the last part of your given name as your last name. You can check your Immigration Visa sticker as well about the same. So, as per the official records you can use your Zzzzzz name as your last name.
