SAT - decision maker

Hello,

So my SMC application is with SAT since end of Jan, and it was sent for NSC last week. Once that is verified and turns out ok, so it goes back to my CO in SAT, then goes back to my CO in Manakau, would it still go for a 2PC (as it will already have been gone through 2 COs)? that would be a third person check then. Just wondering how long would it take.
