I got my JSV visa last week..hope you got as well.
One thing I want to know that once I send my offer letter to Immigration, how long they will take to issue RV to me nad my family?

Hi, I'm a very similar situation. I applied for SMC visa from outside of NZ so I was granted a 12 month JSV. Was supposed to fly to NZ on the 27th of March 2020 but borders closed on the 18th March 2020. I have lodged a case in a NZ court against INZ and its ability to provide a fresh visa.
