    Lightbulb since 2019, lodgment date 05 Feb ?

    Anyone waiting since 2019, lodgment date 05 Feb ? any update? what do you think we should do?

    I don't know any answer to tell you about the time you have been waiting.

    However, since the beginning of the pandemic when the NZ government closed the borders, INZ were instructed not to proceed with processing visa applications from overseas in which the applicant would not be eligible to enter the country under the emergency restriction exemptions. https://www.immigration.govt.nz/abou...to-new-zealand So you're not going to get any movement on processing your ITA at all until control of the pandemic worldwide is enough for the NZ government to reopen the borders , and timing of that is totally unpredictable, as is any idea of how they will decide to deal with the backlog when that day comes. There's nothing that individual applicants can do to affect this situation.

    In the meantime, INZ's operations are being periodically affected by lockdowns within the country, whenever rates of infection have caused workplaces (including INZ and other government offices) to be closed.
