I can see that normally people got their acknowledgment email one day after fee deduction. It’s been 8 days since fee deducted off my account but I haven't received any acknowledgement email.

I’ve checked spam/junk as well as primary/social/promotion folder every day for the past 9 days. No communication. That’s a bit odd.

All the pages on the INZ website have a notification that there is interruption to their normal functioning because of the aftermath of the flooding and storm damage.

rang immigration today been told that ' a decision been made on my application' just waiting for 2pc check.

overall around 3-weeks period from lodgment to approval, which also includes stat days and flood alerts.

•Post paper application with my original passport: 09/02/2023
•Fee Deduction: 20/02/2023
•No acknowledgement email
•CO assigned (via Call Center): 13/03/2023
•2PC (via Call Center): 17/03/2023
•PR approved and received: 21/03/2023
•Passport received: 22/03/2023

I’m very surprised that this process was rather speedy. Exactly a month from fee deduction.
