I'll suggest you keep trying to reach them until you get to talk to someone , this gives you more security. I waited for over 40min to talk to them when I did this .

I was on hold for another hour before being told that they're not taking any calls for residency due to demand....

However 30 mins later I received an email saying that a package is on the way from Immigration. Assuming they're returning my application (when they realised passport wasn't inside). Money still hasn't been deducted

I doubt but if ever there's 1 they might take 1-2 weeks to respond. So I'll rather be patient for 1hr+ on a very good day & wait for someone to pick up my call .

Anyone sent their applications in December and got any response??? I submitted my application on 08-Dec-21 and have received no response so far (apart from acknowledgement and deduction of fees).

If your real name was manutd I might say that's why they've not looked at your application because manutd has been terrible lately Hahaha kidding bro .
