    Default Hep B and One Off Residence 2021

    Dear all,
    My wife carry hep B but she has passed medical waiver because im holding Work To Resident Visa

    and I saw
    Health requirements for the 2021 Resident Visa will be limited but will capture medical conditions which are not eligible for medical waivers (tuberculosis, haemophilia, and conditions requiring dialysis or full-time care).

    I still not sure about the my wife conditions

    It must be difficult, but the full regulations haven't been published yet, so you have more of a wait ahead of you for reassurance.
