What's the external agencies check involved? How long does it usually take? Mine was 5 weeks since the case allocated to officer. Called call center and they said still waiting for the response from external agency. I feel a bit nervous.

Well, immigration website says "The oldest applications now being assessed were submitted in December 2021.".
I have a joint application submitted in Dec 2021 and still no result (I did not ask for details, e.g. whether there is a case office yet - it's not going to speed things up, anyway).

Bro how did you come to know of Feb 23 ?I don't think that is correct brother as they would have to let the concerned persons know at least 4 weeks before right .Anyway today's is Jan 23.so there is'nt enough days for that.
