Renewal of passport while waiting for citizenship application to be processed

I renewed my overseas passport and sent for PR label on new passport. I had submitted my citizenship application in Mar 2021. My resident address also changed during this period. And I got speed ticket as well.

Should I wait for CO to be assigned on my citizenship application to update him/her about these changes? OR should I send email to them at the earliest.

In your place, I would send the information straight away, to catch up with your application. If the speeding ticket was a fine, and you didn't have to go to court, it was a "paid infringement only", not a conviction, and should not have any effect on your citizenship application (unless you have other character issues).
