Parent Retirement Investment Visa - updates?

My parents in law put their application for retirement investment in 2020 just after the borders closed, with the opening of the borders over the next few months does anyone know if they will finally start approving these applications? Or do we need to just wait for October to try and get them back into the country?

Reopening of the Parent Retirement Resident Visa is not explicitly mentioned in the current reopening plan. It would therefore, in my opinion, be prudent to assume that it will only be reopened in Stage 5.
