    Default Multiple CO's

    Hello.
    We sent off the applications for my Husbands PR Visa in March of last year. He is applying under the family category as Im a kiwi. We are applying from the UK.
    Weve had some huge delays from our end due to 'covid' ( it took 4 months to get the report on his chest xray and has take over 6 weeks ( so far) to get a requested copy of his divorce papers from 30 yrs ago), and we now appear to be on our 3rd Case Officer.
    Is this normal or is it something we should be concerned about?
